Over My Brother's Dead Body, Chase Andrews

I have to say there is something about forbidden romance that really gets me going and I think Piper Rayne knows that with the release of this book. While us romance readers know siblings don’t stand a chance in getting in the way of true love, a good book will make you convince you that there is no greater sin.

In this book we follow bachelor Chase Andrews and his teammate's little sister Twyla. After ending a lengthy relationship that was expected to have her walking down the aisle, Twyla is over her small town and in need of some change. And because we love a little tension in books, her apartment neighbor is none other than Chase Andrews himself.

The thing I love most about this series and Rayne’s writing style is how she can write such fun and lighthearted sports romance books while also maintaining an interesting plot line. While this is a stand-alone read, it was so fun knowing from the previous book that Chase has always been attracted to Twyla so it made their happy ending that much sweeter.

While this series is technically coming to an end, I’m too excited for the spin-off Something Like Hate (Chicago Grizzlies Series) that will follow Twyla’s brother Miles and his love interest Bryce.

Thank you Valentine PR and Piper Rayne for the ARC. I love this sports romance and this series and was so happy to help promote this before the actual release date.
